INNOVATIVE farmers will throw open the farm gates to other producers as part of three-day bus tour that covers a swathe of country from the Far North south to Mackay.
The Innovation in Agriculture Bus Tour will examine how farmers are using innovative methods to boost productivity while improving water quality and protecting the Great Barrier Reef.
It will visit properties across the Wet Tropics, Burdekin Dry Tropics and Mackay-Whitsunday regions from Tuesday, April 12 to Thursday, April 14.
