Thanks for your interest regarding my house, Lynnwood, WA 98036 and the rent is $1200. I have decided to rent the house because we are going to spend more time here in Gastonia GA. My family and I will be here for about 3 years due the nature of my job.

Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and no t destructive. The rent is $1200 like i said and security deposit is $600 and total move-in cost is $1800.
